Counselling
If you have never had counselling before it can feel like a really scary thing. It’s not, honestly! We provide counselling for a broad range of issues. All of our counsellors are trauma informed in their approach and very importantly, all have been and through supervision, continue to be clients themselves.
Whether you are interested in long term psychotherapy, short term solutions focussed lifestyle coaching, or marital or family therapy we are able to assist.
We provide counselling for individuals, couples, families and workplaces in the form of an EAP. Counselling is available face to face or over the phone or zoom.
